1 Identification of the data controller
In the course of providing its services, the Service Provider processes the data of persons who contact it, use its services, visit the website, subscribe to the newsletter, or enter into a business relationship with it (hereinafter: Data Subject) in accordance with the applicable laws, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
2 Scope of personal data processed
2.1. Registration, Quote request
The data provided during a quote request or contact request (name, e-mail address, phone number, company name). Providing this data is essential for contact and for issuing a quote.
2.2. Newsletter
The name and e-mail address provided when subscribing to the newsletter. Its purpose is to provide information about the company's news and promotions.
2.3. Technical data (Cookies)
Data recorded technically during the operation of the system: the data of the Data Subject's logging-in computer that is generated during the use of the service and that the Service Provider's system records as the automatic result of technical processes.
3 Legal basis, purpose and manner of data processing
3.1. Data processing takes place on the basis of the Data Subjects' voluntary declaration based on appropriate information, which contains the Data Subjects' explicit consent to the use of the personal data they provide during the use of the website (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). In the case of concluding a contract, the legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
3.2. The purpose of data processing is to ensure the provision of the services available on the website, contact, issuing quotes, sending newsletters, as well as improving the user experience through anonymized statistics.
4 Duration of data processing
The personal data provided is processed until the consent is withdrawn, and in the case of the newsletter, until unsubscription. In the case of accounting documents, we retain the data for 8 years as required by the Accounting Act.
5 Rights of the data subjects
The Data Subject is entitled to:
- Request information from the Data Controller about the processing of their personal data (right of access).
- Request the rectification of their personal data.
- Request the erasure of their personal data or the restriction of its processing (right to be forgotten).
- Object to the processing of their personal data.
- Exercise their right to data portability.
